تأسست الاكاديمية في العام ٢٠٢٠م وكان الهدف أن نطلق هذا المشروع المتميز باللغة العربية من فلسطين بكل فخر لكل العرب حول العالم وباسلوب احترافي وتقني ومهني متميز والمفاجأة ان الاستجابة كانت كبيرة .. حيث استطعنا اثراء الحاجة للعديد من المهتمين العرب بطرق وتكنيكات واساليب الخبز العالمية المختلفة باسلوب حرفي عالي! فكانت هذه المؤسسة
